I received my Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology at the University of Bern in 2008. Afterward, I worked at the University of Basel, the University of South Florida in Tampa, the University of Fribourg, and the University of Neuchâtel

I am full professor at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
