My research lies at the intersection of work, social, and personality psychology, with a particular focus on work stress and mental health, antisocial behavior in the workplace, and the work-family interface. Methodologically, I specialize in analyzing longitudinal and quantitative diary data, using advanced statistical techniques.
I am currently member of the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Journal of Business and Psychology.
